Refund policy

At Moralya, your satisfaction is important to us. Below is how our returns and refund process works:

Returns

• You may return products within 30 days of purchase, provided they’re unused and in original packaging.
• Email moralyashop@hotmail.com to start the return process.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

Exceptions

• Items on clearance or damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.

Replacements

• Received a faulty item? Get in touch with us to arrange an exchange.
